As someone who deals with anxiety on a daily basis, I have crafted this journal as a personal outlet with thoughtfully planned and catered pages for tracking your anxiety. Find relief and peace throughout the year.
This digital journal contains an anxiety trigger tracker, gratitude page, 30 prompts for journaling focused on how anxiety manifests in our lives and affects our lives and personal relationships, personalized monthly anxiety and mood tracker with notes and medication section, and dotted pages for journaling.
This journal has been made with simplicity and minimalism in mind. I have always had trouble keeping up with extremely cluttered journals. The simplicity of this journal allows you to calm your mind and you can use it as much or as little as you feel the need to.
There are 4 journals, with identical content but different front and back covers. Feel free to choose whichever you prefer or more than one. These are digital and can be used on a tablet or can be printed if this is preferred!
